Fossatti

Juan Carlos Fossatti began his professional practice independently in Argentina in 1976, and since then has practiced the law continuously.

Since 1990 he broadened his practice to Spain and in 1993 to Uruguay, where he continues his activity presently.

From 1992 to 1995 he was member of the board of “Banco Central de la República Argentina”, and after that he was a member of the board of “Banco de Inversión y Comercio Exterior”, “Seguro de Depósitos S.A.” (SEDESA) and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires.

He specializes in insolvency, banking, corporate, contract, and public and civil work law, including litigation in those areas.

He is registered at the following bar associations:

• Colegio Público de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Argentina, with local and federal admission.
• Suprema Corte de Justicia, Uruguay.
• Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid, Spain.

Nicolás Fossatti joined Estudio Fossatti in 2013. He specializes on corporate, insolvency banking and litigation.

He graduated as a lawyer from “Universidad Católica Argentina” in 2010 and has pursued further studies in public accounting at “Universidad del Salvador”.

Prior to joining Estudio Fossatti he worked at “Estudio Severgnini, Robiola, Grinberg y Tombeur”, in corporate law, and “Estudio Abeledo Gottheil”, in tax law.

He is registered at the following bar associations:
